Service Team Grows to Support French Converters

As part of our increased commitment to French label converters, we are investing in our after-sales service support in France. 

Our European Service Director, Sam Adams explains it best: “Mark Andy has enjoyed a major surge in demand for its technology across Europe in the past three years, and this includes the large and strategically important French market. With an extensive portfolio of flexo and digital presses on offer, it is vital that existing and potential customers have confidence in our ability to support them in the businesses.”

After seeing great success once Jean-Louis Percarelo joined the team as a sales agent, we saw the need for more aftermarket service support. We decided to boost our service team in France to further support French converters. Arlindo Cid will be joining Arnaud Valentin. Valentin is responsible for service in France and Benelux and Cid will be responsible for supplying France and Iberia with service and spare parts on both digital and flexo lines.

“The Mark Andy brand has an increasingly strong image in France, but some companies are wary of investing because its presses are manufactured in the USA.” says Percarelo. “With the new continental Europe headquarters in Warsaw that houses a fully equipped showroom and demonstration facility, and similar set-up in the UK that also houses a comprehensive supply of parts, this latest commitment to additional service support completes the circle.”

Our European headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, has helped us reach more of the European market. The demonstration facility has hosted some of our most successful events to-date, and the are already planning for The Power of Hybrid Forum in September.
